What do you guys think of celebrities ranting about being opposed to dieting? Is it a load of hot air, or do you think these celebs (like Drew B and Keira Knightley) really don't care about their weight?

there are actually ppl who are liberated from this whole eat and feel guilty philosophy. if you have good metabolism and body and eat sensibly most of the time why should you diet ( as in starvation diet)? it ruins your metabolism and makes life unnecessarily difficult. i don't beleive in diets
