help buying makeup
Anonymous
Hey,
go to a reputable make-up counter such as clinique or estee lauder for the important stuff like foundation, primer and concealer, then go to somewhere cheap to stock up on the fashiony colours. I like maybelline lip-gloss and mascara's. L'oreal has nice eyeshadow and lipstick. Inglot and Red Earth have a huge range of eyeshadow colours which are quite nice.

Vaseline is a must (its good for night/daytime and removing makeup) but if you dont want to carry round a huge tub in your bag you should get a few tubes of lipbalm. Also stick to basics for the time being e.g. mascara, lip gloss and a good moisturizer. If you go to makeup stores/ Boots then the assistants can normally give you advice and help you find suitable products.
