About my Galliano creation

- 1. 30ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 30ml Liquore 43
- 3. 30ml cloudy apple juice
- 4. 30ml pear puree
- Method:
- Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
The number one market for cocktail drinkers is definitely women so I set out to make a drink that would not only satisfy that market but also gain return business. I initially made this drink with a vanilla vodka but stumbled across the Galliano mix when the vodka ran out one evening and have never looked back since. The drink’s name came from a customer.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
For someone who has been in the industry only a year I believe I have extensive knowledge and skills to rival some of the veterans. Whether it’s a winter warmer, a fresh fruity summer mix, a classic concoction or a sensual shooter my bag of tricks would have almost anyone covered. Images: Belinda Rolland
