About my Galliano creation
- Glass Style:
- Citation Footed Pilsner
- Ingredients:

- 1. 30ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 15ml Sagatiba Velha Cachaca
- 3. 15ml Cointreau
- 4. fresh raspberries
- 5. top with San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa
- Method:
- Add raspberries and alcohol into a Boston glass, add ice and shake vigorously . Double strain into chilled footed pilsner glass. Top with Aranciati Rossa.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
I wanted to create a drink that was approachable but still had a bit of an edge to it. I think the use of Galliano Liquore with the cachaca creates this. Also, raspberries give me a real deep red colour that I think the ladies will love.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
When I’m making cocktails, I love to ask customers about their favourite flavours and spirits, rather than handing them the cocktail menu. This way I can create a perfect drink created especially for them; always served with a huge smile! Images: Belinda Rolland
