About my Galliano creation
- Glass Style:
- Couplet Glass
- Ingredients:

- 1. 2ml Galliano L'Autentico
- 2. 15ml Galliano Liquore
- 3. 40ml Plymouth Gin
- 4. 4 quandongs (native Australian Plum)
- 5. 20ml fresh lime juice
- Method:
- Smash quandongs with L'Autentico, add all other ingredients, shake and fine strain.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
I wanted to blend classic ingredients of Italy and Australia (quandongs have been utilised as a food source for Australian Aboriginals for over 40,000 years, and L’Autentico is the original Galliano recipe) in order to alert people to the myriad of flavours available to Australians when they tap into the awesome multicultural knowledge we have at our fingertips.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
I love cocktail culture, and my personal flair is in attempting to recreate old cocktail favourites (I make my own bitters, ginger beer and love experimenting!).
