About my Galliano creation
- Glass Style:

- Ingredients:

- 1. 30ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 60ml cloudy apple juice
- 3. 15ml lemon juice to taste
- 4. 15ml Mount Gay XO
- 5. 15ml sour cherry liqueur
- Method:
- Shake apple juice, lemon juice, Galliano and rum with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass, then sink the sour cherry liqueur down the side of the glass.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
I was aiming to find something that would bring out the soft spicy tones of the Galliano. The rum and sour cherry work together to do this and the lemon juice adds a fresh note.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
