About my Galliano creation
- Glass Style:
- Riedel stemless balloon
- Ingredients:

- 1. 30ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 30ml Mount Gay XO
- 3. 15ml fresh lime juice
- 4. 20ml cloudy apple juice
- 5. Dash BOLS peach liqueur
- Method:
- Shake into stemless balloon glass.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
I wanted to create a drink that credited the heritage of Galliano, and I wanted to reflect its colour which was inspired by the gold rushes of the 1890s. Having half the name, gold, I tried the drink out on one of my regulars, the captain of the HMAS Ballarat and his wife. They absolutely loved it, so much so that we decided to name it Ballarat Gold.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
I am an extremely passionate and inspired person, with many interests. I have a passion for fine dining and cocktail culture. I love a good flirt with a lady in my bar but I believe they are most satisfied when you really listen to what a girl wants and deliver a drink that surpasses expectations. Images: Belinda Rolland
