- Ingredients:

- 1.30ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 30ml Calvados
- 3. 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 4. 30ml passionfruit pulp
- 5. Dash egg white
- Method:
- Shake and fine strain into Pernod frapped coupe.

I take great pride in all the drinks that I produce, but not as much pride as I take in the warm greeting of a new customer or the pride I feel when I get a satisfied smile at the end of someone’s experience.
