About my Galliano creation
- Glass Style:

- Ingredients:

- 1. 20ml Galliano Liquore
- 2. 30ml Plymouth Gin
- 3. 2 tablespoons mandarin curd (if unattainable, 6 mandarin chunks)
- 4. 15ml lemon juice
- 5. 5ml egg white
- Method:
- Add ingredients in chilled Boston glass, shake vigorously, fine strain in a glass.
Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation
White Lady is one of my favourite cocktails, I love the name and the finesse behind the drink. Mandarins are also always a crowd pleaser and mandarin and vanilla make a sexy combination. It's a very refreshing drink that will definitely keep the fat lady singing.
Why I should be Galliano’s Hottest Bartender?
