Inspiration behind my Galliano Creation

I wanted to create a slight twist on the well renowned classic the 'Pina Colada'. This drink is very palatable and is great in the warm summer months. The rum has great tropical fruit and vanilla notes which really complement the Galliano. The coconut sorbet works really well with both the Galliano and rum and helps to further combine the tropical flavours and add a nice texture on the palate. I chose the name 'Vaccari's Vice' as it takes the name of the Italian distiller and creator of Galliano and also the word 'vice' meaning that after first consumed the drink will become a habit as addiction will prevail.

As an easy going, down-to-earth guy with a great sense of humour, I find it easy to get along with all types of people. I've been in the industry for around two-and-a-half years, and I have grown a passion to satisfy customers to their full potential and make sure they enjoy every experience. ‘Vaccari’s Vice’ would have to be one of my favourite and more fun drinks that I have come up with, and I know the ladies will enjoy it! With semi-good looks and the ability to put a smile on people’s faces I believe I have what they like to call the ‘X’ factor!
