Natalie, 30, juggles many roles: she is a property developer, investor and property coach. In the last year, she has, with her business partner, sold in excess of $15 million worth of real estate. She says she is passionate about property and has used various techniques over the last few years to create not only a cash flow but also capital growth from her investments.
Natalie started young: she first invested in property at age 19 and was a millionaire by just 26. She is proof that hard work and focus can reap financial rewards, even in tough times.
