its totally over sensationalised. If youre healthy, youre ok, whether youre size 0 (Aust size 6) or size 16.
Personally i dont believe that anyone eating healthily and exercising regularly would be bigger than size 16, unless their lying about their food intake!
Though i do recognise that there are some medications such as chemotheraputic drugs and diabetic medication that can make you put on some weight.

I'm a size six (or zero) and I eat normally, but I am just very active. I don't look too skinny or anything either, and I am tall. I think it is just your body type and if you eat healthily and exercise, your body will be whatever size it is supposed to be.
