Spring is in the air!
Yesterday I had my legs out for the first time this season. It was such a great feeling not having to put on stockings before I walked out the door. I finally got to wear my new Wittner gladiator sandals. They have been sitting on my shoe rack for weeks now waiting for an outing and they finally got one. They were a big hit in the office!
By the time I got out of work last night, it was freezing, but it was worth it. Today I'm back in jeans and peep-toe booties but hopefully my sandals will have another outing soon.
Anyhow, here are my top shoe picks for spring/summer:
• The gladiator sandal. If you are daring enough, wear a pair that comes up a bit higher on your calf.
• The sculptural heel. Have fun with your heel shape and make a bold statement.
• The platform sandal. The higher the better!
• Colour. Brighten up your outfit with a coloured sandal, flat or heel.
• Embellished. Make a statement with studs, sequins or beading.
