  Twitters is just another Celebrity way of uping their Public Relations. It is another way to make 'fans' feel like they are closer to the Celebrities (on a personal level) than they actually are. It all boils down to profits for them at the end of the day. It is pointless in my opinion. I don't need nor want to know that much about anyone, especially if it doesn't pertain to my family and friends. If I want to be entertained I will use the normal outlets for that.

  Twitter is fun! Like reading a mini daily diary. And yes, Lovebunny, it does make us feel closer to celebrities- what's wrong with that? try reading the twitter feeds of @neilhimself , or @stephenfry, or @johncleese ...the list goes on!

  I agree- not putting their Twitter @names with their photos is just silly. Hard enough to find them without getting a fake one pretending to be them. Thanks a lot, Cosmo. Not.

  Oh my life is so much better now that I know which celebs are tweeting! NOT!! Who gives a damn.
