Are you ready to walk your worth? Yesterday evening, against the sparkling backdrop of Sydney harbour, L’Oréal Paris hosted it’s first-ever Australia runway.
Inspired by the iconic Le Défilé in Paris, at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Circular Quay, the beauty brand hosted 250 guests, who settled in for a showcase of sisterhood and female empowerment.
On the runway, Jessica Fox, Madeleine Madden and Riley Hemson led a group of boundary-breaking women through five acts, each of which represented a vision of inclusive beauty.
The cast—Jessica Rowe, Hannah Ferguson, Ellie Cole, Riley Minford, Penny Hill, Allira Potter, and more—all wore Australian and New Zealand designers, including Nicol & Ford, Mariam Seddiq, Romance was Born, Carla Zampatti and Rebecca Vallance. The fashion built on the varied, inclusive perspectives of Antipodean beauty underscored in each act.
