Doja Cat has responded to rumours her reported boyfriend, Joseph Quinn has put a rock on her hand.
While performing at iHeartRadio Music Festival on September 21, the rapper flashed a ring on her left ring finger to the crowd. The gesture was during her track ‘Agora Hills’ (bop), in which she sings, “Rub it in their face, put a rock on her hand.”
Doja quickly took to X to clarify whispers she was engaged. Per to Page Six, she quickly uploaded and then deleted a post saying, “no, im not engaged its a David Yurman ring with no rocks in it”.
And there you have it! The rumours left fans a touch perplexed, given Doja’s most recent public connection was to actor Joseph Quinn—reports of which only surfaced last month.

Are Doja Cat and Joseph Quinn Dating?
Unless you have a great memory or are deeply entrenched in the Stranger Things fandom, you probably forgot that time back in 2022 when Doja Cat sort of beefed with Noah Schnapp on the internet.
The musician had DM’d the Netflix star, who was 17 at the time, to express her romantic interest in his Stranger Things co-star, Joseph Quinn.
“Noah can u tell Joseph to [hit me up]. wait no. does he have a gf?,” she asked. Noah promptly posted (and later deleted) the conversation to TikTok, prompting Doja to call him out in an Instagram live. While urging fans to be kind as Noah was “just a kid,” Doja said the actor’s actions were “borderline snake shit.”
TLDR: The whole thing was a big drama for a bit.
Anyhow, the public spat obviously paid off for Doja because, two years on, she has been spotted out on a date with… you guessed it! Joseph Quinn.
A blurry snap posted by Deuxmoi earlier this year purported to show Doja and Joseph getting cozy at a Camden venue, with the actor draping his arm around her shoulder. Another video posted by the gossip page claims to show the pair holding hands on a stroll around London two weeks prior.
The Sun also ran their own pap shot of the couple, clearly showing the stars chatting on a pub date.
Neither Doja nor Joseph has commented on the relationship at the time of writing.
Who Is Joseph Quinn, Doja Cat's (Rumoured) Boyfriend?
While you almost certainly know Doja Cat, the hitmaker’s beau may be a little less familiar.
Joseph Quinn shot to fame following his appearance as the loveable rocker, Eddie Munson in season four of Stranger Things.
The 30-year-old recently starred opposite Lupita Nyong’o in the A Quiet Place spin-off, A Quiet Place: Day One. He is also joining Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby in the upcoming live-action Fantastic Four film, in which he will play Johnny Storm.
On the relationship front; prior to being spotted out with Doja, Joseph has been linked to Alicia Davis and Alana Haim, but neither relationship was ever officially confirmed.
Meanwhile, Doja was most recently linked to controversial Twitch streamer J. Cyrus. It is unclear when they split.
