Grab your Akubras and get ready to head to the country, because Farmer Wants A Wife Australia is back for 2025.
Seven has dropped the first trailer for the show’s next instalment, using the minute-and-30-second clip to flex its relative success rate on current top reality show, Married at First Sight.
The trailer features cameos from successful couples from seasons past (and their kids!), including 2023 pair Brad and Claire, and 2022’s Will and Jess.
The trailer also introduced us to the four farmers looking for love this season: Corey, Jarrad, Thomas and Tom.
While we still don’t have a *full* cast list, we do have a release date and confirmation of the season’s host (hint: it’s a familiar face).

The farmers taking on Farmer Wants a Wife Australia 2025 include:
- Farmer Corey, 24 from Biloela, QLD
- Farmer Jarrad, 21 from Stanthorpe, QLD
- Farmer Thomas, 35 from Kimba, SA
- Farmer Tom, 31 from Borambola, NSW
While four farmers look absolutely delightful, it is worth noting that the cast seems a little… bare.
A previous casting call for women to join the show in mid-2024 announced there would be eight farmers on the show’s 2025 season. In addition to Corey, Jarrad, Thomas and Tom, the OG poster also included two farmer Jacks, Farmer Reidy and Farmer Chooka.
The Daily Mail reports that three were “cut” and one (Jack Rowlandson) was allegedly “axed” after, “he was caught hooking up with other women during filming last year.”
The outlet reported: “there was turmoil on the set of the bucolic dating show when it emerged that the handsome reality star was seeing more than one of the contestants at the same time.”
Yikes. Whether or not any of the other cut farmers will enter the game at a later date is TBC. In the meantime, scroll on to learn a little more about the four farmers set to land on our TV screens soon.

Farmer Corey
Farmer Corey is 24-years-old and hales from Biloela, located in the Shire of Banana in central Queensland.
He’s a fourth-generation mung beans, hay, wheat and cotton farmer, and is looking for the love of his life.
The 6’2″ (!!) farmer is after a partner who is down-to-earth, and looking for a simple life on the farm.

Farmer Jarrad
At 21-years-old, Jarrad is the youngest farmer on this season of Farmer Wants A Wife Australia. The strapping young lad is a sheep farmer from Stanthorpe, Queensland, and outside of farming his passions include music, American sports and cooking (slay).
Jarrad’s dream is to buy back his great-grandfather’s farm, where he’d like to raise a family.

Farmer Tom
Farmer Tom is a light-hearted sheep farmer from Borambola, in rural New South Wales. The 31-year-old loves caring for his animals and is looking for a partner who shares this passion.
His dream is to expand his farm and start a family—hopefully FWAW will kickstart that journey!

Farmer Thomas
Not to be confused with Tom, Thomas is a wheat and barley farmer from Kimba, South Australia, at the top of the stunning Eyre Peninsula.
The 35-year-old is a very modern farmer, with a passion for technology and a vision for the future. Oh, and he surfs!

Who Will Host Farmer Wants A Wife 2025?
After a brief two-year break from hosting Farmer Wants A Wife Australia, the show has just announced via Instagram that series veteran Natalie Gruzlewski is making a return to host season 14! They shared a post on Thursday with the caption “Nat is back”. Woohoo!
Natalie previously worked as the show’s host during its first eight seasons from 2007-2012, rejoining the series in 2020-2022 before she was replaced by TV presenter and journalist Samantha Armytage. We’re stoked to see Nat back in the barn for another round of FWAW!
When Does Farmer Wants A Wife 2025 Start?
The 14th season of Farmer Wants A Wife 2025 will premiere after Easter, on April 21, 2025.
The show will be available to watch live on Seven and 7Plus once it airs, and you can stream it on demand on the latter.
