Last week, the world learned Jeremy Allen White had (seemingly) split from girlfriend Rosalía, after he was papped kissing one of his The Bear co-stars in Los Angeles.
The actor was first linked to the Spanish pop star in October 2023, around four months after his then-wife Addison Timlin filed for divorce after three years of marriage. Despite appearing in public as recently as July 2024, things between Rosalía and Jeremy appear to be over already.
On September 25, People published photographs that showed White locking lips with fellow actor Molly Gordon. It’s a bit of a life imitates art moment for the duo, who played love interests in The Bear. Their characters, Carmy and Claire, split at the end of the show’s second season.

Are Jeremy Allen White & Molly Gordon Dating?
A week after photos of them kissing made headlines, People reported that Jeremy and Molly’s connection has “been building for some time.” They reportedly started dating a few weeks ago.
A source told the magazine, “There were set rumours early on that they had intense chemistry even when not filming … They didn’t start hanging out romantically until a few weeks ago though.”
The insider added that Jeremy “really seems into Molly,” and that, “They go on lunch dates and seem to have a great time. They’re affectionate, often in deep conversations and seem curious to get to know each other better.”
Neither party has confirmed whether or not they’re *officially* dating. It may take a while, especially given we still haven’t received a statement about Jeremy’s split from Rosalía.

Molly Gordon is a 29-year-old actress, screewnwriter andf director, best known for her roles in Booksmart and The Bear.
In an interview with Shondaland last year, Molly got candid about being cast in The Bear, including getting to work with Jeremt. Of her now-flame, she said: “I never thought that I would get to be included in something like The Bear and to work opposite Jeremy [Allen White], who I think is one of the best actors of our generation. That they would allow this loser to join him and everyone else who is so brilliant on that show … literally, I would’ve played a dishrag. So, the fact that they allowed me to look at Jeremy is … I’m forever grateful.”
