In fact, it’s real serious… the actress is two years into her engagement to producer, Jonathan Davino. Recently, however, a rumour that the Hollywood couple might be going separate ways has been fuelled by none other than Sydney herself, after fans were quick to notice that the 27-year-old Euphoria and White Lotus actress removed a post of the pair sharing a smooch from her Instagram.

Who Is Jonathan Davino?
Jonathan Davino is a 41-year-old producer known for his incredible work on Immaculate, The Caretaker and The Players Table. When Jonathan was first spotted out on the town with Sydney, multiple outlets reported that he was a restaurateur and owner of multiple closed down restaurants in Chicago, which Sweeney clarified is not the truth.
“He’s not a restaurateur,… I have no idea where that came from. He’s also not the heir of a pizza company. He’s a business guy,” She told Glamour UK. “He’s from Chicago. We’ve been watching [this narrative] for six years now and I’m like, ‘What the hell?’ ”
How Long Have Sydney & Jonathan Been Dating?
Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino first made headlines when they were spotted attending Hulu’s 2018 Emmy Party together. Later, in 2019, they were sighted sitting courtside at a New York Knicks game together in Madison Square Garden, looking quite smitten.
The two weren’t spotted in public again for another year, before eventually being photographed kissing on a beach in Maui, Hawaii, in November 2020.
Sydney was seen sporting a stunning diamond ring on her left ring finger in February 2022 and the news the two were engaged was confirmed shortly after by PEOPLE.
In December 2023, the actress told Entertainment Tonight that her busy schedule has made it nearly impossible to make any wedding plans, but shes excited to start! “I am so busy working! I’m a workaholic and I love it, I love it,” she told the publication. She went into more detail in conversation with Glamour UK, sharing that while specifics haven’t been discussed — she’s just like us, and has a fully fledged Pinterest board of wedding inspo ready to go.
“What girl doesn’t create a Pinterest board for their wedding?” she retorted, “I started making that when I was like 10. I don’t have a colour scheme yet. I’m more of an experience planner, so I’m like, ‘What experience do I want to give people? Are we going on a tropical vacation? Are we doing a carnival?’ ”
