He came, he saw, he made plenty of headlines…
Drake has been unavoidable since he touched down in Australia earlier this year for his Anita Max Win Tour—his first Antipodean tour in nearly eight years.
The rapper performed (plus, gave away cash prizes, got in on the Anna Paul/Mikaela Testa beef and went viral for throwing a slide at a drone) 10 of his 14 scheduled shows across the country, after kicking things off in Melbourne on February 9.
However, the tour’s remaining dates have been cancelled at the last minute, with the Canadian rapper’s reps citing a “scheduling conflict.”

The musician was last in Aus in 2017 for his Boy Meets World tour and, given he released six albums (plus 2019 compilation, Care Package) between then and the announcement of this tour, a comeback was well overdue.
Naturally, fans who had snagged tickets to his remaining gigs in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland aren’t all too pleased. Scroll on for everything we know so far.

Drake Tour Cancelled
On February 26, it was announced that Drake would be postponing four shows on his Australian tour. Concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland would be pushed back due to a clash in his schedule, one of Drake’s reps confirmed to Rolling Stone Australia/New Zealand.
The artist was due to perform in Brisbane on March 4, Sydney on 7 and in Auckland, New Zealand on both March 15 and 16. His rep added that rescheduled dates are not yet confirmed and details will be shared with ticket holders “as soon as possible.”
They told the outlet: “We are actively working on rescheduling these dates along with adding some additional shows.”
When Did Drake Announce His Australian Tour?
During a stream with xQc, Drake said he was planning to come back to Australia on tour in February and March 2025. The tour—called the Anita Max Wynn tour—was later confirmed by LiveNation, who announced that the tour would kick off on February 9, 2025.
