One of our favourite music festivals might just look a little different next year…
After much teasing on social media, the lineup for Field Day 2025 has been announced and all we can say is, get ready to groove. The annual event is returning with a lineup they’ve touted as “100% dance,” featuring a range of DJs and beloved electronic acts. It’s a jump from the festival’s typically mixed bag of artists (Field Day 2024 was headlined by rapper, Central Cee) but that’s not to say dance music hasn’t been a major part of its past lineups. Previous years have seen Bicep, Flume, Peking Duk and more take the stage.

When Is Field Day 2025?
As always, Field Day will take place in Sydney on News Year’s Day. It will once again be held against the city’s skyline at The Domain.
Field Day Lineup
The lineup for Field Day 2025 consists entirely of dance music acts, with house, techno and drum & base DJs and producers due to perform.
The event will be headlined by English duo Chase & Status, and Pendulum and Luude are set to go back to back. RL Grime, Horsegiirl. Sam Alfred and more are on the roster, too. Check out the full lineup below.
More acts are due to be announced.
Organisers teased the all-electro lineup last week, posting a video to Instagram of a poster being put up in Sydney. It read “At least DJs don’t cancel,” poking fun at the litany of international acts who have cancelled appearances at Aussie festivals last-minute in recent years.
