As an extremely eventful season of Married at First Sight draws to a close, good news is upon us — another delicious, drama-filled dating show is on the horizon!
Right on queue, Love Triangle Season 3 is inbound, and from what we can tell so far, there will be no shortage of romantic chaos, with a notorious MAFS alumni set to join this year’s round of love triangle-trapped singles!
When we also take into account that the show comes from the same creators behind the nation’s guilty pleasure, we don’t doubt that the Stan dating series is gonna pack a quite the punch.

How Does Love Triangle Work?
On Love Triangle, five singles choose between two suitors with no idea what they look like, basing their choice on text and phone conversations alone. After choosing their preferred match, the singles meet, go on a blind date, and then move in together to strengthen their relationship.
After all seems pleasant, in comes the twist: the second suitor will arrive to join the party, creating — as the show name implies — a “love triangle’ dynamic. Can they stay faithful in their connection? Or will the third party disrupt whatever established relationship they once had? Yep, this is a saucy one!
Love Triangle Season 3 Cast
If you’re relatively cultured on the Aussie reality TV scene, then you will find one of the faces making their Love Triangle debut *extremely* familiar. Upon looking at the cast list, we’ve spotted former MAFS groom — Mike Gunner! The singleton appeared on season 6 of the marriage experiment, where unfortunately, he wasn’t able to go all the way with his then-matched wife, the lovely Heidi Latcham.
Mike, now 50 years of age, will be joined by 29-year-old Ariana, 27-year-old Bernie, 25-year-old Payton, and 25-year-old Chloe to form the Love Triangle Season 3 cast lineup that we know of so far.
Who Is The Host Of Love Triangle Season 3?
While Season 2 saw former MAFS bride, Ella Ding, take on the host duties, sadly, she will not return for season 3.
Instead, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause will be playing host for this instalment. She’s not a dating show veteran, but certainly no stranger to reality TV drama!
When Does Love Triangle Season 3 Premiere?
Love Triangle Season 3 will kick off with a double episode drop on April 6, 2025.

You will be able to watch Love Traingle Season 3 exclusively on Stan, with episodes airing weekly every Sunday.
